You’ve made the FALL 2024 TEAM – REGISTER NOW!
WELCOME TEAM MEMBERS!
We are thrilled to have you as a part of the team. Please read this page carefully and make sure all fees and forms (other than the VHSL Physical) are completed before December 1.
You and a parent or guardian must attend the mandatory meeting on Thursday, August 22nd at 6:30 pm in the WAHS cafeteria.
You may not attend practice unless you and a parent attend the meeting, have registered and paid the fee! Contact Coach Redinger immediately if there is a very good reason that those requirements cannot be met!
Fees
Total fees for the Fall 2024 rowing season are $800. Payment of $800 should be made by Venmo: @beavercreeksculling or by bringing a check to the meeting Thursday evening.

You must complete and deliver the following:
- VHSL Physical
- If you have one on file with WAHS (give it to the Athletic Director’s assistant) that your doctor signed after May 1, 2024, then you do NOT need a new physical. Crozet Family Medical or Augusta Health Convenience Center in Crozet may accommodate quick appointments. You’ll need one on file before your first day of Winter practice.

- A yearly USRowing Membership, with waiver, is required for all rowers (BASIC Membership).
- Go to https://membership.usrowing.org to join or renew.
- Search for BCS, then use club code “T7NXL”.
- All members, 18 years of age and older, are required to complete SafeSport Training.
- Go to https://usrowing.org/sports/2022/12/20/accessing-safesport-training.aspx to register and complete the training.
Please note that the additional ACPS $75 fee is not required.
